摘要 目的 介绍应用磁共振成像 (MR)检查肘关节病变的初步经验。方法  11例肘关节病变患者接受了MR检查 ,回顾性分析所有MR图像 ,并与手术或关节镜结果对照。结果  11例病例包括剥脱性骨软骨炎 3例 ,外伤后继发骨关节病3例 ,外上髁炎 1例 ,内上髁炎 1例 ,内侧支持装置断裂 2例 ,单纯滑膜炎 1例。在回顾性图像分析中 ,MR显示了除滑膜增生以外的其他相关异常。结论 MR有助于全面评价肘关节病变 ,但在滑膜炎的诊断中存在局限性。 Objective To introduce our preliminary experience in applying MR to diagnose the diseases of elbow joint. Methods Eleven patients with abnormalities of elbow joint were examined by MR exam.All MR images were retrospectively analyzed.The analyzing results were compared with those of operation or arthroscopy. Results According to the results of operation or arthroscopy,the 11 patients were diagnosed as osteochondritis dissecans ( n =3),acquired osteoarthritis due to early trauma ( n =3),lateral epicondylitis ( n =1),medical epicondylitis ( n =1),disruption of the medical supportive device ( n =2),and simple synovitis ( n =1).All these abnormalities except hyperplasia of synovial membrane were displayed well by MR images. Conclusion MR is helpful to evaluate the diseases of elbow joint comprehensively,but it has some deficiencies in diagnosing synovitis.
