苜蓿新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试指南初报

Guidelines for the conduct of tests for distinctness, uniformity and stability of new varieties of Medicago sativa and M. varia in China

在系统查阅国内外文献、广泛收集苜蓿种质、连续 5年田间性状评价和广泛征求专家意见基础上 ,首次编制了我国苜蓿特异性、一致性和稳定性 (DUS)测试指南。指南在主要形式与内容上 ,与国际植物新品种保护联盟 (UPOV)的苜蓿测试指南相协调 ,包括测试的总体技术要求、性状表、性状解释和技术问卷等 4部分 ;在性状与标样品种确定上既参照了UPOV及一些发达国家的测试指南 ,又考虑了我国苜蓿育种的特点和方向。

Guidelines for the conduct of tests for distinctness, uniformity and stability of new varieties of Medicago sativa and M. varia in China are drafted basing on international literature review, wide germplasm collection, continuous 5year (19982002) field plant characterization, and wide discussion with the specialists. The main structure and contents of the guidelines are arranged by following the Guidelines of the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) that include general technical requirement, table of characteristics, explanation on the table of characteristics and technical questionnaire. Choosing for plant characteristics and example varieties also reflect the level and direction of lucerne breeding in China
