摘要
研究不同Ca浓度下牡丹花衰老过程中的生理生化变化。结果表明,随Ca浓度的增大,总花期可延长1~2d,但高Ca却降低了成花率;施Ca可明显延缓可溶性蛋白质降解,降低MDA、O-·2含量以及乙烯释放速率,提高SOD酶活性和叶片光合作用,维持膜结构的稳定性,从而延缓牡丹花瓣衰老。
The physiological and biochemical changes during the senescence of tree peony flowers were studied with different Ca2+ contents The results showed that,with the increase of Ca2+ content, total blossom period could be prolonged by 1~2 days, nevertheless, high Ca2+ content declined the blossom rate Application of Ca2+,some physiological and biochemical indexes such as MDA content,O-·2 production rate and ethylene release rate diminished and the soluble protein content, SOD activity and photosynthesis increased Those changes obviously maintained the structure and integrity of membrane, and then alleviated the process of senescence of tree peony flowers
