摘要
设计了一种基于自主开发板卡的便携式计算机及用C ++Builder开发的基于Paradox数据库的通用数据采集及信号分析系统 ,具有键相通道、位移通道及加速度通道 ,可用于旋转机械和往复机械的稳态和瞬态信号的自由采集、同步整周期采集及分析 .讨论了数据库的选择、设计 ,建立快速查询方式 ,最后实现了基于关系数据库的数据采集与管理功能 .实验结果表明 ,其应用于工业现场稳定可靠 ,易于升级扩展 .
This paper designs a general data acquisition and management system using indigenously developed card and Paradox database based on portable computers. It has sensors to key phase, displacements and accelerations and can be used for steady and instantaneous signal sampling and analysis of rotating and reciprocating machineries. It discusses selection of the database type, establishes the fast querying structure and realizes the function of data sampling and management. The experimental results show that the system is reliable and easy to upgrade.
