摘要
对圆度误差评定理论及应用进行了探讨 ,构造了圆度误差数学模型 ,利用置换算法按最小条件求得圆度误差 .给出一个圆度误差评定的实例 ,结果证明 ,该方法有较高的精度和速度 .另外 ,此评定方法具有很强的通用性 ,可为其它形状误差的求解提供参考 .
This paper analyses the theory of roundness error evaluation,establishs a mathematical model and makes use of the permutation method in the calculation of roundness error fitting the minimum conditions. In an example of roundness evaluation, the calculation results are shown in the paper .According to the experiment results ,this calculating method has properties such as high precision and high speed.Furthermore, this method has wide usability and can be applied to the calculation of errors of other forms.
