摘要
为解决钛白粉生产中产生废酸的治理难题 ,进行了废酸杂质分离蒸发浓缩后回用的试验研究 .试验结果表明 ,在浓缩前对废酸进行冷冻结晶除杂 ,可除去 60 %左右的Fe2 +.通过控制浓缩时间、压强等条件 ,经一级浓缩后 ,使酸浓度从 2 0 %左右提高到 40 %~ 5 0 % ,酸液中的主要杂质含量明显降低 ,浓缩过程中不积累 ,浓缩后的酸可作配酸使用 ,回到钛白生产进行循环利用 .
To treat effectively and to utilize comprehensively the waste sulfuric acid from producing titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process,a study on purifying and concentrating the waste sulfuric acid before its reuse has been developed. The waste sulfuric acid is cooled and FeSO 4·7H 2O is removed before concentration, and the results obtained from the experiment has shown that about 60% Fe 2+ can be removed by this way. The consistency of acid is improved from 20% to 40%~50% by controlling these conditions, such as concentration time, pressure. The content of impurity in the waste sulfuric acid is remarkably reduced and can't be accumulated. The product acid can be returned to the process of producing titanium dioxide.
