摘要
通过对现场数据采集系统硬件、软件和通信方式的研究 ,从原计算机监视系统中顺利读取现场电气设备的实时信息·设计、编制了连铸过程中电气设备的故障判断和预报系统、数据库管理系统·研究了主机辊系状态的神经网络判断模型 ,建立的专家系统诊断出了连铸主机辊系设备运行中的故障 ,避免了铸坯质量问题的出现·比原系统增加了数据库、设备智能化管理和模型计算等功能 ,经过半年的现场考核该系统取得了良好效果·
The data collecting system of continuous casting equipments was investigated on the hardware, software and data communicating mode to realize the real time data read from the detecting system electric PLC during the casting. A conk out's computer detection, prediction system and a database managing system for the continuous casting were designed and built in detail. The predicting model of neural network on driving roll system was studied. Some conk outs in casting mainframe were diagnosed by this expert system to prevent casting flaws in production. The new detecting system has more functions in database managing, equipment intelligent management and model algorithm than the old electric PLC system. The system works stably and effectively during one half year experience in a real production line.
