综合评价的合理性问题是决策的核心 ,在首先界定了综合评价的概念的基础上 ,以一个决策问题为例 ,提出在面临具体决策操作时 ,采用综合评价方法对各方案进行优劣排序中将要遇到的涉及综合评价合理性的 1 5个主要问题·随后 ,就这 1 5个客观问题 ,在简要分析的基础上 ,多以列示数学模型的量化方式 ,针对各个问题分别给出了具体的解决措施和建议·如为消除各评价指标量纲不同对综合评价结果的影响而建议采用四个指标无量纲化模型 ,为平衡出现在同一个评价问题中的极大型、极小型、区间型、居中型指标而需要采用的指标类型一致化模型 ,为解决各指标在评价中的“合成”问题而给出的适用不同评价环境的三个常用的综合评价模型·

The term of synthetic evaluation was defined. An actual decision making example was illustrated to tell people what's kind of problems they will encounter during choosing a best scheme. The actual example shows 15 questions that are directly related to the rationality of synthetic evaluation. Every question was analyzed before its solution or suggestion was given respectively. Most of the solution is an operational evaluation model. Four mathematical models were established to deal with the evaluation indexes' different dimensions. Model of concerting different indexes was given to cater the situation when there are great type index, minor type index, section type index and mediate type index in one problem. According to the different environmental facts, three kinds of synthetic evaluation models which to 'compound' all the evaluation indexes were set up.
