摘要
用内旋转式粘度计测定研究了向某炼镍厂电炉渣和模拟镍电炉熔炼的原料中添加质量分数为 69 46%Al2 O3 和 4 75 %Ni的高铝镍物料时 ,对炉渣粘度的影响·结果表明 ,该炼镍厂电炉渣在 1 3 40℃时粘度为 0 5 3 8Pa·s;电炉渣在不添加任何其他试剂的情况下 ,渣中w(Al2 O3 )不宜高于 9% ;加入添加剂后 ,炉渣粘度降低 ,当在配料中加入 2 0 %的此种含镍物料时 ,添加剂加入量 7%为宜 ,此时炉渣粘度为 0 74Pa·s(1 3 5 0℃ ) ,满足电炉熔炼对炉渣粘度的要求·
Al 2O 3 and 4.75%Ni were put in electro furnace slag to simulate Nikel electro furnace smelting raw material in a Nickel Company electro furnace slag in order to investigate the effect of Al 2O 3 on viscosity of the slag. The research shows that viscosity of the Nickel Company electro furnace slag is 0 538?Pa.s at 1?340?℃. More than 9% Al 2O 3 in the slag is not suitable for electro furnace slag without additive. The viscosity of the slag decreases when additive is added. The viscosity of the slag is 0 740?Pa.s at 1?350?℃ when 20% Ni bearing material and 7% additive are added in raw material. The viscosity of the slag after the adjustment may satisfy demand of electro furnace smelting.
