摘要
为找到一种高效供气的方法 ,降低反应器内溶解氧浓度 ,对旁路多孔中空纤维膜组件供气时 ,小球藻ZY 1固定CO2 的效果及相关的问题进行了研究·结果表明 ,利用旁路中空纤维膜组件供气有效 ,与直接鼓泡供气方式相比 ,小球藻ZY 1对CO2 的固定率有相似值 (分别为CO21 1 1 4mg·(L·h) -1和 1 0 1 2mg·(L·h) -1) ,反应器内溶解氧的浓度约降低 40 % ·值得注意的是 ,在同等测试条件下 ,中空纤维膜的传质系数值在用于CO2 固定实验后比用于CO2 固定实验前低1 1 %~ 1 5 % ,因此 ,在利用中空纤维膜组件供气进行微藻固定CO2 的研究过程中 ,必须尽量减少膜污染 ,以确保膜在长时间的使用后仍保持高的传质速率·
In order to find an efficient method of gas supply and lower the dissolved oxygen concentration in a reactor, C?O 2 fixation effect of chlorella ZY 1 and relative problems were studied when gases were supplied by the hollow fibre membrane. The microporous hollow fibre membrane set on a bypass is effective in supplying the gases. The C?O 2 fixation rate of chlorella ZY 1 is similar to that of direct bubbling(11 14?mg·(L·h) -1 and 10 12?mg·(L·h) -1 respectively),but the dissolved oxygen concentration in the reactor goes down about 40%. The overall mass transfer coefficients of hollow fibre membrane derived after the culture tests are 11%~15% lower than obtained before the culture tests under the same operating conditions. The fouling of the membrane must be prevented to ensure that high mass transfer rates are maintained for extended period of operation.
