摘要
通过正交试验研究了轴承钢屑在中频感应电炉中的熔炼脱碳规律及脱碳措施,结果发现其熔炼过程中的脱碳反应主要集中发生在预热前处理和预热熔化期;脱碳程度随钢屑的锈蚀程度的加剧而加剧;未经预热前处理的一般轴承钢屑经重熔后,其碳质量分数可从1.0%降至0.6%,若进行熔炼前的预热前处理,则碳质量分数可降至0.3%,然而,在熔炼氧化期所使用的氧化铁皮进行的氧化脱碳效果有限。
The regularity of removing C and the method of how to remove C from the bearings steel scraps melted in electric furnace have been studied by orthogonal experiments. The study results show that the processes of removing C in this condition mainly take place during preheating handling and preheating smelting periods. The more rust the bearings steel scraps, the more removal of C when they are smelted.It is generally found out that the content of C in mass can reduce easily from 1.0% to 0.6% when the bearings steel scraps are melted without preheating handling or from 1.0% to 0.3% when they are melted after preheating handling,but during the smelting oxidation period,removing of C with the oxidizing ferrous powder is not available.
