摘要
介绍一种在板金制品上采用特制挤钻进行挤(旋)压加工的新型工艺方法。当挤钻高速旋转,并在轴向力的作用下,与薄板(管)加工部位的实体材料之间发生摩擦,产生摩擦热使该部位材料温度升高后软化屈服,塑性流动变成孔壁,从而得到较长的连接长度。若在该孔上攻螺纹,可大大提高板金构件的连接强度。
A new pressing method is introduced, by which the metal material of pressing products is extruded with a special flowdrill. When the drill rotates at a high speed and is pressed by the axial force, the temperature rises rapidly because of the friction between the drill and the material of the cutting place on the sheet metal. Then the generated frictional heat softens the material and simultaneously results in plasticity to form a bushing from the displaced material, and preferable connecting length of pressing products can be achieved. If screw thread is produced, the connecting intensity of pressing products will be increased greatly.
