新世纪教师面临的第一个挑战是思想观念认识的转变,应对策略是求新求异求变;第二个挑战是知识能力素质的挑战,应对策略是求真务实提高;第三个挑战是对作风态度行为的挑战,应对策略是自律自尊自强。
In the new century, teachers are faced with three challenges: transformation of ideology, quality of knowledge and ability, and behavior and working style. To respond to these, teachers must pursue newness, difference and change, seek authenticity and improvement, and achieve self-discipline and self-respect.
