堆浸设计几个问题的探讨

An approach to some problems in heap leaching design

本文从堆浸设计出发,就目前遇到的地质、采矿、选矿、底垫等一些技术经济问题,进行探讨。进行了国内外堆浸技术经济比较,说明我国堆浸应用技术是成功的,但与国外相比,仍有差距,还需进行一些新技术的研究。指出要使低品位金利用方面持续发展,首先应采取一些特殊措施与政策,加速地质资源的勘探,争取堆浸提金创更大效益。

Starting from heap leaching design, a few technological and ecoon-mical problems concerning geology, mining, mineral processing and leaching pad are discussed in this paper. Comparisions in the technology and economy of heap lea-ching between the operations at home and abroad are made, showing that heap leaching technology has been successfully applied in China, although there are still incom-plete aspects as compared with the world level,and it is needed to make further researches on the new technology.The author points out that in order to utilize low-grade gold ores steadily, special measures and policies should be adopted and the exploration of geological resources be speeded up, for making more benefits from gold extraction by heap leaching.
