Safety Guarantee System in Production and Management Units

各类生产经营单位是生产经营活动的主体.能否实现安全生产,关键是生产经营单位能否具备法定的安全生产条件,保障生产经营活动的安全.为了保证生产经营单位依法从事生产经营活动,防止和减少生产安全事故,<安全生产法>确立了生产经营单位安全保障制度,对生产经营活动安全实施全面的法律调整,其内容非常丰富.

The Law of Work Safety, which is very rich in contents, has established the safety guarantee system in production and management units and made an overall legal readjustment in production and management safety. The paper stresses the production and management unit is the key to realize production safety and guarantee safety in production and management.
