21世纪初期甘肃自然资源开发利用的战略选择

The Development Strategy of Natural Resources in Gansu at the Beginning of Twenty-First Century

本文回顾了甘肃省 5 0年来自然资源开发利用战略的演化及其特点 ,指出现阶段自然资源开发利用面临着市场化和产业结构调整的严峻挑战。在此基础上提出了 2 1世纪初期甘肃资源开发利用的指导思想、基本思路和重点开发领域 ,以及根据自然资源分布和经济发展格局划分的各分区自然资源开发利用的方向和重点。

The strategic evolution and characteristics of natural resources exploitation in Gansu Province in the past fifty years were reviewed,and the fact that current natural resource exploitations rise to the challenge of marketing and industrial structure adjustment was pointed out.Based on above analyzes,the basic principals,strategies and key fields were put forward in natural resources exploitation during the beginning of 21 century.Finally,respective development directions and focus were presented for subregions according to the characters of natural resources distribution and economic development levels.
