摘要
测定了 13种苯胺类化合物在不同 p H下 ( 6.0 ,7.8,9.0 )对大型蚤 ( Daphnia magna)的 2 4h半数活动抑制浓度 2 4h- IC50 。应用三种理化参数 log P、TSA和 p Ka对毒性数据进行了定量构效关系 ( QSARs)研究 。
The toxicities (24h-IC 50) of 13 anilines to Daphnia magna were measured at different pH (6.0,7.8,9.0).The quantitatie structrure-activity relationships (QSARs) were established using three physico-chemical parameters logP,TSA and pKa,and the toxic mechanisms of anilines were preliminarily discussed.
