摘要
本文基于破碎机械对金与岩石的作用力分析理论,采用重砂淘洗回收大粒金和显微镜照像等方法,直接观察每个加工过程中金粒破碎状况和形态物理变化特征。结合系统化验与赋存粒级试验,进行了对比研究,从而揭示制样规律。选择最佳碎金制样工艺,具有直观性、启发性以及指导每一步试验的良好效果;同时具有快速,可靠和成本低等优点。
Based on the analysis of acting force of crushing machinery on gold and rock, this paper introduced a method of reclaiming large grain of gold through heavy placer gold elutration and microphotograph to percept directly the characteristics of crushing state and the physical change of forms of gold grain in the course of processing Through systematic assay, examination of the occurence of grain size and the comparative study, the regularity of preparing specimen was revealed. The option of optimum technique for preparing crushed gold specimen was provided not only with good results of direct perception, enlightment and instructiveness, but also with high speed,reliable and low cost.
