肝癌影像报告进展:基于LI-RADS的结构式报告

Structured report of HCC based on liver imaging reporting and data system (LI-RADS)

肝脏影像报告及数据系统(liver imaging reporting and data system,LI-RADS)是一个针对HCC高危风险的患者,应用CT增强检查及MR增强检查进行HCC诊断的影像规范。LI-RADS的特点在于对影像技术、影像征象、诊断思路等进行了详细而严格的标准化规定。笔者根据LI-RADS的标准化要求,对肝癌影像结构式报告进行了初步探索,结合实际临床工作中的经验构建了肝癌影像的结构式报告模板。本文旨在对该结构式报告进行解读。

Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System(LI-RADS) is a system aimed at the diagnosis of HCC in patient with high risk by using CT or MR imaging. LI-RADS is a standard guideline not only for the lexicons and descriptions of imaging features, but also for the diagnosis algorithm of HCC. Based on LI-RADS, we build a structure report of HCC. This review is to introduce and interpret the structure report of HCC based on LI-RADS.
