抗肿瘤细胞毒性药物有不同程度不良反应,有些严重不良反应是限制药物剂量或使用的直接原因。肝脏是药物代谢的主要器官,也是药物损伤的主要靶器官。随着临床肿瘤治疗关注治疗带来的副作用与关注疗效同等重要的发展,本文对抗肿瘤细胞毒性药物与肝损伤及其发生机制、诊断、分型和临床治疗进展进行了阐述。

Anti-tumor cytotoxic drug can cause various side effects.Severe side effects have confined the dose of cytotoxic drug and its clinical application.Liver is a main organ of drug metabolism,and an important target organ of drug induced injury.As people has paid close attention to anti-tumor cytotoxic drug side effects as well as its efficacy,the advance of anti-tumor cytotoxic drug induced liver damage,mechanism of cytotoxic drug induced liver damage,diagnosis,classification and treatment are reviewin this paper.
