论完善我国限定继承制度

Improve the restrictive inheritance system in our country

对美国、德国等西方国家和我国的限定继承制度进行比较分析,结合我国现状,发现我国现行继承法对限定继承的规定尚存不足,有五个方面需要完善。

In this paper,the author draws a comparison between the restrictive inheritance systems in Western countries such as U.S.A and Germany with those in China.In the light of present- day Chinese situation,the author points out that the existing inheritance law is inadequate in the way of restrictiveness.To conclude,the author gives five effective measures.
