会计结算中心运作模式,是公安边防部队近年来在财务核算管理中新生的管理模式。这种模式对于治理腐败,预防犯罪发挥了重要的作用。在实际运行中仍存在诸多问题,针对这些问题提出了一些建议和改革思路。
The mode of centralized accounting is a kind of new managerial mode in the Border Control Force's financial accounting management in recent years.This mode has important functions in dealing with corruption and preventing crimes.But in practice,it also has many problems.This paper suggests some solutions to these problems.
