部队车辆事故的原因是复杂的、多方面的,预防事故的方法应当是系统的、严密的。因此,必须以事故成因理论为指导,分析隐性原因,进一步健全事故预防机制。
The causes of vehicle accidents are extensive and complicated.The methods to prevent accidents are accordingly systemic and rigorous.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the deeply rooted causes in order to establish a sound accident prevention mechanism.
