摘要
针对公安现役院校特点,就构建新型人才培养体系、建设高水平教员队伍、结合实际开展科研工作、健全管理考核队伍等提出了看法。
This paper put forwards the author's attitude on the basic of discussing how to construct the new system of person cultivation,build the high-quality teachers troop,and perfect the troop of ad- ministers.
