摘要
紧追权是指沿海国对违反其法律、规章并从其管辖海域逃向公海的外国船舶进行追逐以拿捕的权利。但是这项权利的法律关系我国还没有具体相近的规定。通过法理上的探讨,论证边防海警船艇实施紧追权的合法性,并提出完善的意见。
The right of hot pursuit is defined as the right of the coastal state law enforcement vessels to pursue the fleeing boats which have violated those countries' regulations.However,in our regulations,there is still no specific request on this question.Based on the juristic discussion,the thesis analyzes its legitimacy and makes some suggestions for Marine Police vessels to improve this law enforcement performance.
