介绍了我国船舶检验的制度,论述了公安海警舰艇入级检验的必要生,提出了公安海警舰康入级检验的初步方案。
The examining and acceptance system of the Chinese-ship is introduced in this paper,and the necessity for the Public Security Marine Police ships joining the ship' s classification is clarified especially.
