摘要
基层主官量化百分制评估方法受其主观打分和要素孤立的限制,尚不足以产生全面客观结果,采用层次分析法可以弥补其不足。通过实例推导,验证了层次分析法结果的客观性及可信度。
Imposed restrictions on evaluating consciously and isolated factors,the 100 point system of grading applied in evaluating officers in grassroots units of Border-Control is not comprehensive and accurate enough.It is impossible to improve traditional method by using AHP.Through case studies deducting course in detail and analyzing quantified results,this paper verifies objectivity and credibility of AHP.
