妨害国(边)境管理罪的立法完善

Research on Improvement of Legislation of Crimes against Control of National Border(Frontier)

分析了现行刑法典关于妨害国(边)境管理罪的立法缺憾,提出了相应的完善对策。

On the basis of analyzing defaults of the present legislation of crimes against control of national border(frontier),this article gives some suggestions on improvement of the legislation.
