摘要
对柴油机缸盖振动信号的振源及振动信号的特性进行了分析,证明了利用缸盖振动信号诊断气阀间隙异常故障的可行性。采用小波阈值降噪的方法对某型船用柴油机缸盖振动信号进行了降噪处理,利用小波包对缸盖振动信号进行了分析,提取了故障特征向量,建立了故障特征库。利用余弦分类器实现了基于缸盖振动信号的柴油机气阀间隙异常故障诊断。
Vibration resources of diesel engine cylinder head and characteristics of vibration signals are analyzed.It is feasible to diagnose off normal clearances of air valves by using vibration signals of cylinder head.Vibration signals of a diesel engine cylinder head are de-noised by using wavelet threshold de-noising method and are analyzed by using wavelet packet.Characteristic vectors of vibration signals are extracted and characteristic vector database are set up.Cosine classifier is applied to diagnose off normal clearances of air valves based on vibration signal of cylinder head.
