摘要
分析了边防管理技术标准的认识、重点与难点,提出了制定技术标准体系的原则、主要内容与相关措施,以期对我国边防管理技术标准体系的制定有所裨益。
The understanding on the technical standard system for the frontier management,as well as its keystones and noduses,is analyzed in the paper,and the principles along with the main contents and relating measures are presented.And it is expected to be bestead to the establishment of the tech- nical standard system for the frontier management.
