摘要
在考虑机构弹性变形的基础上,建立了4102BG 型柴油机配气机构的数学模型,并给出了相应的运动微分方程。基于函数凸轮的不连续性,采用分段计算方法对该振动微分方程进行了求解,完成了对该型柴油机配气机构的动力学计算。
Based on the elastic distortion of structure,mathematical models of the valve train of 4102BG diesel engine are established. And the differential equations about the motion of the valve train are also given. Since the cam is discontinuous, the equation is solved differently in different range.With the mathematical model and theory,the dynamical calculation of the valve train is ana- lyzed.
