摘要
本文主要阐述了系统培训、科学管理是提高师资队伍整体水平的有效途径,并从岗前"锤炼"、岗位"砺炼"、科学管理等方面提出了具体举措。
To consolidate the cultivation of the teacher ability and improvement of the teaching quality is the basic project.Meanwhile,systemic training and scientific management are also considered as the effective way to realize our goal of faculty ability improvement.
