摘要
船舶航行海上,瞭望十分重要。据统计,发生碰撞、触礁的事故中80%以上是因为疏忽瞭望引起的。鉴于此,笔者从一般的避碰学原理出发,并结合海警舰艇在瞭望上的通常做法,重点分析和探讨保持正规瞭望的方法、措施及重要性,旨在减少海难事故和确保海警部队执勤任务的顺利完成。
The look-out is important to a sailing vessel,for about 80 percent accidents are resulted from careless look-out.So this paper analyses the proper look-out methods and indicates its essentialities based on the usual practice of China Coast Guard(CHNCG) vessels.The intent of this paper is to reduce the accidents and accomplish the law enforcement missions.
