结合海警部队舰艇通信的现状和GMDSS通信系统的特点,就海警舰艇部队开展GMDSS综合业务培训进行了深入的分析和探讨,并据此提出了切实可行的实施方案,以期培训规范有序进行,在保障舰艇及人员安全和确保正常执勤执法方面发挥积极的作用。
On the basis of the analysis of the communication status of China Coast Guard and characteristics of GMDSS,the paper explores why and how the training of GMDSS comprehensive services is carried out in China Coast Guard,and then puts forward practical training schemes.
