摘要
随着公安边防部队处置边境地区突发事件的不断增多,部队官兵在执行任务中没有给予必要的物质补偿。对此,本文结合实际,就建立"公安边防部队处置边境突发事件特殊津贴"制度谈一点看法。
While there are increased emergency—handling casesfor Border Control,there is no substance allowancce for the officers and soldiers to enforce their mission.This paper presents some opinions on establishing system of special allowance in disposal of emergenies for Border Control.
