摘要
本文针对"东突"恐怖组织活动的特点,提出"主动进攻、先发制敌",认真贯彻党的宗教政策,加强文化市场管理,坚决打击新疆"东突"恐怖组织的对策,构建和谐新疆。
Based on the analysis of the features of East Turkistan terrorist group,the paper makes a policy proposal of 'Preemptive Attack',along with sticking to Party' s religious policy,managing cultural markets forcefully to construct a harmonious Xinjiang.
