基于灰色关联度的海警舰艇靠泊方案评价

本文在航海模拟器上建立灰色关联度模型,运用多目标决策方法建立舰艇靠泊评价指标体系,抽取典型的靠泊条件,对4个靠泊方案进行比较。结果表明,评价结果区分度大,可避免指标权重确定方法主观性太强的缺点。该方法可行、有效,为海警舰艇靠泊的定量评价提供参考。

In this paper,a Cray Correlation Model for the marine simulator is established to assess the four ship berthing schemes using evaluation index system of ship berthing with the multi-objective decision-making approach.The results show that the assessment reaches a distinction degree so as to avoid the subjectiveness in determining the index weight.The method is feasible and effective for the marine police vessels berthing in the quantitative evaluation.
