摘要
基于笔者多年的引航实践和总结,本文针对船舶的平行靠泊提出了基本操作思路,并对拖轮、侧推、锚、车、舵的运用以及附加惯矩和偏转惯性等要点分别展开了深入的研究分析,为操船者提供相应的参考。
This paper explores parallel berthing of ships.The application of towboat,side thruster,moor,engine and steer is analyzed in depth as well as extra moments of inertia and inertia deflection.
