刑事案件大多发生在陆地,但是随着国家海洋开发战略的提出,水域甚至海域发生的刑事案件数量正在逐年增多。水域犯罪现场勘查取证技术已成为侦查理论和实践领域讨论的一个热点话题。从水域犯罪现场的保护以及物证的固定、提取、保存等方面,探讨水域犯罪现场勘查取证技术,以期对水域犯罪现场勘查工作有所裨益。

Criminal cases mostly happen on land,but the number of criminal cases is increasing year by year with the proposed national marine development strategy.Marine crime scene investigation technology has been a hot topic in theory and practice.This paper researches marine crime scene investigation technology from the aspects of evidence protection,fixing,extraction and preservation in order to benefit for marine crime scene investigation.
