On the Right of Equality

近代宪法确立了形式上的平等原理,它反对不合理的差别,但因承认事实上的不平等而导致两极分化的后果。现代宪法吸纳了实质上的平等原理,它承认合理的差别,对形式上的平等原理进行了修正和补足。

On one hand,the modern constitution assures the nominal equality and opposes unreasonable differences,and on the other hand,it admits the inequality-in-fact and results in polarization.And current constitution absorbs the theory of equality-in-fact,and admits the reasonable differences and makes adjustments and revisions to the theory of nominal equality.
