本文根据海事局对海员教学质量评估要求,及最新版《中华人民共和国海船船员适任评估和规范》,结合实际教学需要,从提高学员实际操作能力出发,对院校从事《航海学》课程教学必须配备的图书资料及工具进行深入的研究,对如何采购和配备图书资料提出个人看法。

According to MSA requirements of teaching quality assessment of seafarers,and the latest version of 'the assessment and norms of seafarers competence of PRC ',in view of practical teaching needs for improving the student actual operation ability,this article researches publications needed for the teaching of 'Navigation' for the seaman class,and puts forward views on how to purchase related books and materials.
