关于公安海警学院军体教学中加强心理素质锻炼的几点思考

Reflection on Reinforcement of Mental Quality Exercise in Military Physical Education

本文从公安海警官兵应具备的心理素质入手,分析了公安海警学院在军体教学中应着重锻炼的几项心理素质,并就如何通过教学训练提高这些心理素质提出了几点建议。

Based on the basic mental quality the public security maritime police should have,this thesis analyzes several mental qualities which should be emphasized in the military physical education of our college.Meanwhile,it also gave some suggestions on how to improve these mental qualities according to the way of teaching.
