摘要
公安边防部队现有军人保险制度不能完全适应新形势的需要,这是学界和业界的共识。公安边防军人保险制度怎样改革,这更是涉及官兵切身利益的重要问题。本文从现有公安边防保险制度的不足和下步改革方向两个层面探讨了公安边防保险制度的取向问题。
The existing insurance system in the Border Control Force does not meet the new requirements,and reforming the insurance system is the most important task.This paper discusses the trend of insurance system in the Border Control Force from two aspects:the weakness of the present system and the direction of reform.
