因为海上治安纠纷具有特殊性,其调解工作面临诸多困难。本文通过分析海上治安纠纷调解的现况及难点,查找原因,分析对策,探索如何更好地发挥海警执法职能。

There exist many difficulties in public security dispute mediations at sea because of the specialness of the disputes.This paper analyzes the current situations and difficulties of public security dispute mediations at sea and explores ways to better perform Maritime Police duty of law enforcement.
