海警舰艇在执勤执法时面临复杂的海上环境,对艇员的操纵技能提出更高的要求。人工评价法是评价执法舰艇操纵技能的常用方法之一,其结果具有一定的主观性和随意性。运用计算机辅助技术和数据融合技术在舰艇综合仿真系统中结合狭水道操纵和靠泊操纵对艇员操纵技能进行客观评价。

China Coast Guard ships on enforcement duty have to face with the complexity of the marine environment,which demands higher manipulation skills on crew.Manual evaluation method is one of the common evaluation methods to manipulation skills of the law enforcement vessels,and its results have a certain degree of subjectivity and arbitrariness.The use of computer-aided technology and data fusion technology is an objective evaluation to the crew manipulation skills.The paper cites two examples of ship manipulation skills evaluation at the narrow waterway and berthing based on maneuvering simulation system.
