本文从财务风险的基本概念、产生的原因、特征、具体表现及防范措施入手,详细介绍了财务风险的基础理论知识,并为企业防范财务风险提出了多项建议措施,以期能够帮助企业加强财务风险控制,防范财务危机。
From the concept,causes,characteristics,specific performance and preventive measures of financial risk,this paper introduces some basic theoretical knowledge of financial risk in detail and puts forward a number of suggestions and measures for enterprises to keep away financial risk in order to help enterprises to strengthen the control of financial risk and guard against financia crisis.
