摘要
红外无损检测由于其非接触,无损伤,检测效率高等优势,在缺陷检测领域取得了越来越广泛的应用。本文针对平板结构内表面缺陷的识别问题,通过ANSYS软件建模,分析了缺陷的面积、深度、加热热流大小等对缺陷可检测性的影响。该研究对实际的红外无损检测工作具有一定的指导意义。
Due to the advantages such as noncontact,no damage and higher detection efficiency,thermographic nondestructive testing technique has been applied in more and more engineering fields.Aiming at the detection problem of one innersurface defect in one plate,this paper analyzes the effect of the factors,such as the defect area,defect depth,and heating boundary condition,on the thermographic defect detectability by modeling the heat-transfer process in the test pieces with ANSYS software.This study is of certain guiding significance to the actual thermographic nondestructive testing work.
