公务卡支付结算改革是适应国家财政制度改革形势和全面深化武警边防部队资金集中支付制度改革的重要举措。本文从四个方面剖析了公务卡支付结算改革中存在的主要问题,提出了进一步完善改革的四点措施,以期进一步深入推进公务卡支付结算改革。

In order to adapt the reformation of the national financial system as well as the reformation of the centralized payment and settlement system of the Border Control Troops,the reformation of payment and settlement with service credit cards proves to be very necessary.This paper analyses the main problems existing in the reformation,and then puts forward four measures.
