新组建的国家海洋局,舰船装备已具一定规模,发展舰载直升机迫在眉睫。本文分析了舰载直升机的特点,论述了组建海警飞行队(舰载直升机)的必要性,提出了组建方案初步设想。

It is high time for the newly formed State Oceanic Administration with its moderatescaled ship equipment to develop ship-based helicopter.This paper analyzes the characteristics of shipboard helicopter,discusses the necessity of the formation of the coast guard flight team(helicopter)and puts forward the construction scheme.
