组建海警装备论证中心的可行性分析

海警装备论证是海警部队现代化建设的必要环节,是提升海警舰艇执勤能力的重要手段。本文从海警装备论证的现状分析出发,阐述了海警装备论证专家体系建设的框架性内容,通过采取现有教员按学科整合、紧缺人才引进和战略协作等形式,研究了基于公安海警学院筹建海警装备论证中心的可行性。

Equipment demonstration is of necessity for the modernization of the coast guard forces.Moreover,it is an important means to enhance the duty capacity of the coast guard vessels.Based on the analysis of the current situation of equipment demonstration,this paper elaborates on the framework of expert system construction of equipment demonstration and researches the feasibility of establishing an equipment demonstration center based on the discipline integration of the existing teaching staff,the introduction of urgently-needed talents and strategic cooperation.
